If you contact us via our contact form, WhatsApp, or AI chatbot, we collect your name, phone number, and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry.
Media
If you upload images to the site (e.g. product reviews), avoid uploading images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

Order and payment records are retained as required under Indian tax and accounting law, even after account deletion.
